You can find the address for genealogy research at the B & O RR Museum

They say they have records from 1905 - 1970. The address, telephone, and
email is listed at the site!
There is a fee mentioned for research, but no amount is listed.
(I just sent out a similiar request for the Frisco RR, and their fee was
$25, just to give you an idea.)
