Does anyone know anything about the Greensburg Presbyterian Church in
1840-1850 and where their records might be located? My ancestors were
given "letters" from the New Providence Presbyterian Church in New Jersey
and "dismissed" to the Greensburg Presbyterian Church in 1845. Some of
the surnames involved are COCHRAN FORSYTH GARRISON PARCEL RIGGS and
STITES.
Where was this church located and what became of it? Was there a cemetery
connected with the church? Would love to have some of the answers! Thanks
in advance for any help received.

You might try the Presbyterian Historical Society in Philadelphia. I've
found them helpful in the past; if they do not have records they sometimes
can suggest a place to search.
