Desparate or no, the existence of this notice shows that at
least the people named were thought (by someone else) to be
in Greensburgh around about September 1836. That might be a
clue you could use.
And BTW, the Luellen Plake is probably the person I have
in my database as "Louallen Pleak". Write me if interested, I
know a little about him.
