Thanks for your reply, Steve.
I am researching ancestors there as all owned farms in the county in the
1800's. Some are the following ancestors.
My 3rd maternal great grandparents Elder William Dover Tyner and Martha
Jane (Hamilton) Tyner are buried together there.
He was founder of the Horseshoe Bend Baptist Church and the Little Cedar
Grove Baptist in Franklin Co. and the Indian Creek Baptist Church, Reilly
Butler Co. Ohio. There are several more he founded I have been told, but
names are not known to me yet. He
died in the 84th year of his ministry.
I have 2, 3rd paternal great grandparents John and Melinda (Lefforge)
Wilkinson, Samuel and Priscilla (Johnson) Wilkinson families in Lower Union
Cemetery. The Hoover Hill cemetery has my other 2nd maternal great
grandparents Charles and Elizabeth (Tyner) Lefforge.
Do you know of any contacts in Union County, Indiana? I am interested in
the Crawford Cemetery, South of West College Corner, Union Co., Indiana.
My other side the Wilkinsons, my 3rd maternal great grandparent John H and
Sarah (Stout) Johnson are buried there.
Your reply is greatly appreciated.

Horseshoe Bend Cemetery is on a gravel road, Boicourt Road, that departs
at
a 45 degree angle from KY road near that intersection. The cemetery
is
elevated and on your left (you might not notice it when leaves are on the
trees). At the end of the road is a steeply decending, overgrown road
that
in the 1800s led to Boicourt's grist mill on Sandcreek. George
Cann, in
Westport, knows the history of this cemetery and the mill.
