I have another obituary that states she was born 1821, but it is hard to read,
so I may have transcribed that wrong. I have the actual clipping. It states
she was 98 at death. Can we post 'pictures' here? This was printed in the
Washington Herald
20 Feb 1923.

Subject: [INDAVIES] According to my sources, Scholastica was born in Washington
Co., KY.
The birth county appears to be incorrect. According to my sources,
Scholastica was born in Washington Co., KY. I also show her birthdate as
13 Feb 1826. Can anyone provide another source?
