Alice Ann Baker was born November 2, 1859 in Steubenville, Jefferson Co., Ohio and died
December 25, 1950 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is buried in Scotland Cemetery in
Scotland, Greene Co., Indiana.
She married William Townsend O'Donald, September 18, 1879, in Greene Co., Indiana. He
was born October 11, 1838 in Greene Co., Indiana and died December 15, 1927 in Indiana. He
is the son of Owen O'Donald and is buried in Scotland Cemetery in Scotland, Greene
Co., Indiana.
They had:
1. Stella V. O'Donald (b. April 30, 1880) married Carlton Mitchell Lee.
2. John A. O'Donald (Oct 1881 - 1908)
3. Arthur Ray O'Donald (b. Jul 1885)
4. Rowena Beryl O'Donald (9 Aug 1887 - 17 Ocr 1939) Never married. School Teacher.
5. Richard Dale O'Donald (b. Nov 1891)
6. George Elliot O'Donald (23 May 1894 - 1963) Married Dora Anna Jackson. April 8,
1917, Daviess Co., Indiana.

Former Resident Died in Indianapolis
Lester and Carlton Lee and Miss Lela Lee will attend funeral services for Mrs. Alice
O'Donnell, former resident of this city, who died in Indianapolis Christmas Day. She
was 91 years of age and was born in Steubenville, Ohio on Nov. 2, 1859. Survivors are
three children. Mrs. Stella Lee, Route 1, Dale O'Donnell, Indianapolis at whose home
she had lived for the past two years and George O'Donell of Beioit, Wis. Two children
are deceased. Miss Beryl O'Donell, former teacher in the Washington schools and Ray
O'Donnell. Mrs. Mary McElroy of Wheatland is a sister and George Baker, Rockville, and
Jonas Baker, Linton, are brothers. Funeral will be in Indianapolis, Wednesday at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in Scotland cemetery.
