Oh, to dgarlick:
My son inlaw is a Padgett, and his family has been here for quite some time......He might
be able to fill in some
of the blanks on your Padgett lines for you, if you will send me what you have on them.
He's starting to get interested, and he always teases me about my research, and all
the lines I research, but
he doesn't realize that if you don't research all liines, you might be following
the wrong line, if you don't make
sure first.......
I wrote bgarlick1, in a previous email that my Matteson/Madison and Clark families
interconnect with the
Gilleys.
My cousin's in Indy also are related to the Wrattens. Something to do with their
grandmother Hopewell, I
believe she was a Wratten.

Hi, I don't know what "Padgett Attorney...etc." means, but are you related
to some Padgetts who lived in Daviess or DuBois counties in the 1850? My ancestor, Thomas
Ratton (Wratten) Jr., married a Lucinda Padget (Padgett, Padgit) in March, 1851. Do you
have any information on that? Ella Mae Rattin Garlick email:
