Alexander Waggoner BROCK, seventy-six years old, died at the hospital in Vincennes
Thursday.
Mr. BROCK suffered a stroke last April and had been an invalid since. The son of Levi and
Caroline BROCK, he was born April 13, 1859, in Daviess County, near Odon.
He was a carpenter by trade. His father died in the Civil War. Mr. BROCK and his family
have lived in Bicknell since 1919, when they moved here from Odon. He was married to Izla
WILKY fifty-nine years ago.
The deceased was a member of the Concord Christian Church in Daviess County.
Survivors include the widow and these children: Mrs. W. A. DAUGHERTY, of Odon; Mrs.
Spencer KELLER, Duqoin, Illinois; Thomas V. BROCK and Herbert M. BROCK, both of Bicknell;
Cecil E. BROCK, of Clay City; one brother, Elihu BROCK, of Helena, Oklahoma; twenty
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
