I have a copy of Coleman and Sarah's license that I got when I went to
Washington, Indiana several months ago. Coleman's name is spelled wrong
(spelled Coalman). Coleman Wallace married Sarah Chapman August 28, 1819.
The way I am related is through my mother, Carol Sue Wallace Petro. Her
father was Frank Burton Wallace, who was married to Sunshine Vivian
Ruckreigle. His father was Clarence Bentley Wallace, who was married to
Hannah Martha Morgan. Clarence's father was James Polk Wallace, who was
married to Malissa Jane Peachee. James' father was Coleman Carlisle
Wallace, who was married to Sarah Chapman. Coleman's father was Rev. John
Wallace, who was married to Eleanor {possibly spelled Elinor} Morgan.
James P Wallace died 1/30/1919 at the age of 74. He is buried in Bethel
Cemetary. His death certificate says he was born in Daviess County Indiana
on 8/17/1844, and he was a farmer. It lists his father as Coleman Wallace,
born in South Carolina and his mother as Sarah Chapman, born in Kentucky.
Hope this helps,

destiny has for him"

I don't know if either of you have their death dates but I was just
looking at ancestry. com and someone had posted in their family tree (One
World Tree) that Coleman's death year was 1867 and Sarah's was 1889.
Couldn't find a source or anyone to email.
