Yes Margaret is the mother of Rhoda. Rhoda was born in Tennessee in 1814
and they moved to Orange Co. The Skaggs husband and father died sometime
before 1820 census so his name is unknown and I have not been able to find
the marriage in Tennessee. Margaret then married Piles and he died and she
married Eaton.
Rhoda is buried in Ketchem along with Lewis so presume Margaret could also
be there in an unmarked grave.
On the marriage license it appears to be Coggs but Skaggs is correct.
