Jememah America Cawood Killion obit dated Sat Jan 23, 1892 date of death
is Jan 6, 1892 Palinville, Ind. she was born 30 June 1829 to Smallwood
Cawood and Rachael English..she married 14 Jan 1855 Daviess Co Ind.
Alexander Killion..She had these children: Martha Jane b 10 Oct 1855 she
married Louis Myers, Wm Alexander Killion b 9 Nov 1857 he married Mary
Luella Dyer (this is my line of Killions), Hamilton Killion b 30 Jan 1860
Greene Co..died in infancy, Nathan English b 12 March 1862 married
Cordelia Singleton, James Albert Killion b 19 May 1865 married Mary
Kettery, Margaret Eva Killion b 19 May 1868 married George Mc Williams,
Cora E Killion b Aug 1871 married Charles Keith
Although the obit says she was buried in Cornnettsville she is actually
buried in the Plainville Cem at the top of the hill with the rest of the
Killions where the big monuments are..
Died--at her home one mile north of Plainville Jan 6th Aunt Jemina, wife
of Alex Killion. Like moany others she yielded to death under that dreaded
disease, la grippe. She leaves a husband, several children and many
friends to mourn her departure. Her body was interred at the cemetery at
Cornettsville.
