Thank you so much for your help. There is a birth record for Claude b. 1912. It does appear that Ralph and Tessie got a divorce and so I was trying to find out what happened to Claude. He is not on the 1920 census with Ester after Ralph died. He would have been abt. 18yo so he was probably out on his own. I have not been able to find another Claude Gammon. When I saw the Claude Gammon from Washing Co on the Browning Funeral Home site, I thought that must be my Claude but I guess I was wrong. Thank you so much for your time, at least I can eliminate this Claude now.

The Indiana marriage records show that Tessie married Ralph in 1911 and then she married Andy Kelley in 1915. World War I ran from 1914 through 1918. Did Ralph enlist or was he drafted? In any event, there wouldn't have been enough time for Ralph and Tessie to have 5 children between 1911 and 1915.
I checked another online tree for Ralph Gammon, and the dates don't make sense. Those trees show Ralph married Esther Jones in 1917, so if that is the case, and the info in those trees is verified, Tessie and Ralph divorced before 1915.

I am seeking info on William Claude Gammon b. 1912 in Warrick Co IN His parents were Ralph Gammon and Tessie Mae Barnhill. His father was killed in WWI and his mother remarried Andrew L Kelly. I found an obituary that says William C Gammon died in Washington, IN It lists 4 sisters, Mabel Scott, Hallie Boger, Alta Stevens, and Lillie Burrows. I don't think they were the children of Ralph Gammon. They may or may not be the children of Andrew Kelley. Wm C is supposedly buried in Oak Grove cemetery but I couldn't find cemetry records for Daviess Co. Any help will be greatly appeciated.

I totally forgot I posted all of this info. Thanks for everyones help. I just would like to have the family tree as advanced as I can get it. I also would like to find out what happened to Virginia Wimmenauer's children. If anyone knows what happened or where they are. All I know is Virginia married Ollie Nash. I assume they divorced or he died then she married Charles Starling. They lived in Indianapolis, indiana. She became ill and died. He died also so the children I believe became the states. I think they had 3 children.
Thanks for any help. Annette Riney Stroud

The George A. Burch I'm interested in was listed as born in Kentucky on on the 1850 census. And his son George appears in several censuses with his father born in Kentucky. The only census I can find where it's definitely my George A., he's living in Reeve township, Daviess County in 1850. I don't have an America as a daughter, but I have several children where only the gender is listed. I'm working on information given to me by another member, so I'm lacking some sources right now. That's where I got the burial information. But I'll try Martin County, and Greene County as well for his residence and burial.

There were likely two Burch families in the Daviess County, In area. Christopher Burch lived in Washington and Steele Twp. areas. He came to Daviess County c 1820 from Ohio.
The George Burch known to be in the area seemed to be in Greene County, IN most of the time. This George was born c 1780s, likely in the Carolina area. I don't known much about this family, but I believe America Burch who married Alexander Killion was one of his daughters.
