Does anyone know the history of the Old City Cemetery in Washington, Daviess

Surname: FEAZEL, FEASEL, FEAZELL, LINDSEY
-------------------------
Could the William FEASILL, in Lawrence Co IN in the 1840 census, be the
same as the William L Feazel that married Lucinda LINDSEY in Shelby Co
KY in 1827 and is listed as Will FEAZEL in Shelby Co KY in the 1830 census?
Moses Overton and Susannah Fletchers son Rezia (or Resia) and Phoebe Ann Chestnuts son Elmer Fletcher and Ethel S. Howards daughter Audrey Autumn Overton who married George A. Cummings. Audrey Autumn Cummins had her dad Elmers genealogy papers.
My sister and Autumn were in contact as late as 1978.
I would like to make contact with anyone who has knowledge of these lines. I would very much like to acquire copies of what Elmer wrote down and what ever else Autumn and/or her children acquired.
I am trying to verify as much info as I can on the Daviess County Overtons and related families.
I my self am a descendant of said Moses Overton who settled in Madison Township, Daviess County in 1840.

Surname: ALLEN
-------------------------
My Daviess County Allens descend from Joseph Allen of Mason Co. and Fleming
Co., Kentucky. We believe Joseph was from Virginia and probably used a
military land warrant to receive land in Kentucky. He owned property in
Washington, Mason County. His wife was Dorothy Walker and they married
3 Sep 1788 in Bourbon Co., Kentucky. Joseph Allen died Sep 1822 in Fleming
County.
Quite of number of his descendants moved to Martin and Daviess Co., Indiana.
I would be happy to send a family group sheet(s) to those replying privately
since Rootsweb doesn't allow cut and paste!

Surname: Tomey
-------------------------
Actually it was a toss up between the Myers and the Tomeys on what to name
the new town. So they did a count on how many Myers and how many Tomeys
there were and the Tomey families won out by ONE !!!! I have the newspaper
story on it around here somewhere. It's acutally comical. I think the Myers
owned more of the land there, but there was just one more Tomey family
member.
I am a descendant of - both - the Tomey line and the Myers line.
