THOMAS SPRAY
Fhomas Spray, 71, of Frankfort, Rt. 4, died unexpectedly at 11:45 p.m. yesterday in his
home.
Mr. Spray, born Jan. 1, 1901, in Clinton County, was the son of Frank and Dora Spray. He
married Frieda K. Sharp Dec. 20, 1922. She preceded him in deathpm Ki;u 4, 1966. Mr Spray
remarried June 14, 1970, to Mabel Hughes, who survives.
The Frankfort native was a retired farmer and member of the Kirklin Christian Church.
He is also survived by three sons, John Henry of Frankfort, Gilbert F. "Sy" of
Frankfort, and Thomas Jr. of Goldsmith; three stepsons, Robert Hughes of Carmel, Ralph
Hughes of Cincinnati, and Rex Hughes of Carmel; a sister, Jennie Warren of Levanon; a
brother, Sam Spray of Frankfort, 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Frye Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Waggoner
officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitors may call after 2 p.m. Sunday.
