I do not know the parents of my Abraham York. I would love to find out. Are you
descended from the same Abraham York, born abt 25 Aug 1776 and died 23 May 1852 in Clinton
County, Indiana and buried in Layton Cemetery?
I do know that he served in the War of 1812. See below. I have a little more information
concerning his military service.
