I'm sure you are right that Frankfort would be the Post Office for these
towns.
Penny didn't say why she wanted the name of the towns and that is why I
included the county seat of Frankfort as that is where she would need to
inquire for any information. I guess I should have been more
specific and told her these are very small towns. Thanks for
adding this information.

I think the only one of the towns you list that had a Post Office is
Frankfort. That could be the reason that no towns are listed for Johnson
and Jackson twps. I know that in the 1950's, most of Johnson Township was
on
R. R. 3, Frankfort. (I had a girlfriend there.; )>
