I noticed a reference to Frankfort in the following message.

A friend of mine purchased a circa 1830s Bible and would like to
locate the family it belongs to and return it, asking only her
cost ($10 and shipping). The genealogy in this Bible records an
official name change of the entire family's name in 1854 by the
court. The Bible was once owned by John VAN INWEGEN, who was
married to Sally Ann STANTON. On the 25th of November, 1854,
John VAN INWEGEN's name was legally changed to John VANTON.
Inside the Bible is a photocopy of an 1896 news article about a
descendant of John VANTON -- Sam VANTON, a prominent attorney in
Frankfort, Indiana. The individual(s) who comes forward would
need to show documented proof of their right to claim the Bible.
