Subject: [INCLAY] Wools birth Certificate.
I would appreciate anyone who could get me a birth certificate for my
grandfather, Cora Willis Wools. He went by Corry all his life as in the
Census. He was born, I believe in Jackson Twp., Clay Co, IN on 13 Feb
1870. He was living there the first census and he was 9 then.
I know the vital records in Clay County will only take cash and not checks
or credit cards...so my problem is getting the cash to them, I live in
Arizona.
