Glorianne and List. It didn't occur to me until a few minutes ago, that
we stopped at the Zion Church (A lovely brick Church with a park area
and cemetery next to it). This was two weeks ago, late Sunday afternoon.
There were several people in the basement having a meeting and I asked
if that was Mt. Zion and they said NO - then gave me directions to Mt.
Zion Cemetery - through the country roads.
I'm assuming the Church is named Mt. Zion, as the cemetery is named Mt.
Zion. The Church is a white wood structure with a steeple and bell still
intact.
I apologize, as I had forgotten about stopping at Zion Church. We had
been to Olive Hill Cemetery and on to Jordan Village and (then given
directions by some very nice folks) to the Zion Cemetery.
It's the day after Thanksgiving and I'm over 50 -- so I'll make that my
excuse for being so absent minded.
