Sure enjoyed Mark's dialog
MARK BASS <fishhook1(a)verizon.net> wrote:an old fashion charvari is when a
group of friends would get together and
pull pranks the newly married couple
they would take the wife one place and the husband the another for a few
hours and they couple had to try to figure ways to get back together and

course when they did then they either had a weiner roast or pitch
in--
then
the groom has to buy cigars for the men and candy for the women.. or
sometimes the bride would make candy..
My dad had to push my mom down main street in a wheelbarrow.. and another
couple the women took the bride up town and dropped her off on a corner
and
then the men drove by with the groom in their car.. of course when
they
stopped for the red light the groom jumped out and "rescued" his bride and
they went in an bought some cigars and candy and then someone gave them a
ride home where the ":friends" had put flour and crackers and things like
that in the bed on the sheets and made the bed so the couple wouldn't know
it until they went to bed..
