I had a similiar experience today, but mine came from Thomas Stearns,
thstearns(a)mindspring.com. But mine had a subject, 1"#$. Norton also found
and took care of mine, but if you get one of these, don't be curious and
open it. It did come at the same time as 3 others came from this list.

Subject: Virus Alert
After writing this list in response to some conversation about the
Henry
Christy family I received an e-mail with an attachment from someone
unknown
to me. The address was: jackson(a)cybersouth.com (Paul and Norma
Jackson).
and the only comment was the following. >Take a look to the attachment
I am not usually fearful but I checked the attachment and was told by my
Norton AntiVirus system that it contained a virus entitled
32.Badtrans.13312@mm
It is a MAPI worm that replies to all unread messages in your email
message
folders and drops a backdoor Trojan. I am not sure what all of
this
means
but the necessary info on it and how to deal with it can be found at
this
website:
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.badtrans.13312@mm.html
Paul and Norma check your system and remove this worm. Others be on the
lookout.
