I think Max Modesitt's family cares for the cemetery but could be wrong.

Perhaps you should mention the name of your Uncle, it would help others
help you
better. I would try the Clay Co Genealogy Soc. again, as they are
volunteers and have a lot of queries. But please be thorough about your
query, names, dates, etc. They have cemetery records and funeral home
records, as well as many other sources. You could also check the Clay Co.
Health Dept for birth/death records. I also have a gg Aunt Magdaline Arnold
Beatty buried in the Rhule Cemetery, but cannot find her grave as well. A
lot of the smaller cemeteries are kepted up by volunteers as well. I believe
the family's name is Butt that cares for this cemetery.
