Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Are you related to James Otis Barnett and Elizabeth Kellers Line.. If so there is a book of information that was written and summited to the Center Point Genological Society. I have a copy of it and I will look later and See if David and Ellen is in there. I know that there is a W. Elroy in there.

Mrs. Nora M. Sherrill, 83, Brazil, died at 1:30 am Sunday in the Gosport Nursing Home. James W. Scott, for many years head of the carpenters' union, died late Thursday evening at his home near Cloverdale, following a long illness of complications. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity of Brazil. He is survived by the widow, five daughters and two sons. Funeral services will be held at the residence at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon, with burial in the Cunaught cemetery.

Contact the Genealogy Society at research(a)ccgsilib.org. The Rentchler Funeral Home no longer exists in Center Point. There are some records for them in the Genealogy Society.
There is fee to have research done by the Volunteers.

Rentschler Funeral Home no longer exists. French's Funeral Home in Brazil,
IN may have gotten their records ( I think that Slacks bought Rentschler and
French's bought Slacks)
I grew up in that area. Poland had Presbyterian (now Poland Historical
Chapel) and German Reformed (now Zion Unitted Church of Christ).
CenterPoint had Methodist and ??

Samuel Jackson had a daughter Melissa Jane Jackson married to a George Wilson. I do not know if she had prior marriage or not. He also had sons nathan, George F.Andrew, my grandfather. Does this help.
