Re: [INCLAY] Gilbert
by S. Charmaine Klemczewski
I, too, am interested in the Gilberts. I descend from Ebenezer GILBERT,
my 3 gr grandfather, b. ab 1825 in OH m Lydia WALKER b Jan 1830 Clay Co,
IN. They lived there in Clay Co until between 1850 & 1860 when they
showed up on the 1860 Edgar Co, IL. census. Lydia WALKER GILBERT's
mother's name was Mary (?) WALKER. She was living with Ebenezer and
Lydia in the 1850 census. If anyone can help me with Lydia WALKER's
father's name or any siblings or Mary WALKER's maiden name, I would
greatly appreciate it. I also as yet do not have Ebenezer GILBERT's
parent's names. Thanks.
