So far there are more of us, than we thought. I have counted 15 including
myself, so lets keep up the list and post so we know what we could help
others with. I have access to the Clark County marriages and birth records
written by the State, and can lookup some surnames, on the Marriage records
it states the person surname and birthdate, these are written by the one
person named, in other words if John Bray married Phyllis Hall, there will be
two entries, One for John, and one for Phyllis so it will take two of the
pages to tell the birth of the other person. So far these are records from
about 1883 to 1920. Birth dates have child's name, sometimes no name, parents
age and all of the books have the book and page # to get the certificate.
Don't send me anything for another three weeks, we are very busy until that
time snail mail will be kept, and answered, with the pages or your money sent
back. I will have to go downtown to get the records, if there are many, I
will have to copy the pages, and will need to be reimbursed, so far a man and
the person he married would be two pages. I 'll have to ask for three dollars
to get them for you, this will also be sent snail mail, so make sure you send
me any information to look it up, and at least the three dollars, or $2 for a
birth page, some have many births for one page, so that is good. the amount
you have would be also any postage and my time to look them up.
