The earliest issue of the "Royal Center Record" available on
microfilm was published Aug.23,1890. A newspaper article would be a
source for a birth, but it is not a birth certificate.

birth records in 1882. There are a few municipal
records a bit earlier, but these were in metropolitan
areas.
