I wonder if the small mausoleum with the red flowers is just off Pleasant
Hill on the left-main entrance. If so, when I was a little girl my friend
and I were walking from the Library home to my aunt/uncle-Wayne and
Dorothy Leffert's house right across from the Children's Home[house no
longer there]. We always 'cut' through Mt Hope. When we got to this small
'home' of some family the door was OPEN. We got so scared we ran all the
way home. Dorothy really thought we were so funny. But, it's true.
I couldn't get any names of burials but did get the pics, which I had
seen before, I think, and the map.
This will be wonderful---isn't Mike a nice fellow.
This made me home sick to see Mt Hope, which is so dear in my heart. We
spent many hours just walking/driving through. When I was grown and had
family I made sure my children had the same love for Mt Hope I have.
