Hi Sallie,
Thank you for the information. I certainly will drop Jane a note.
I'm sorry I don't know anything about the cemetery's. I don't know which
name was first. You could be 100% correct. I may find out tho with writing Jane.
Mike at Mt Hope is wonderful isn't he. He took pictures of some nameplates
for me as well. He even had my grand fathers raised so it could be read. That
was very sweet of him.
Thank you for the offer of taking pictures. I will see if Jane will take
them and possibly email if she can.
What part of TX do you live in? I lived in the DFW area for 8 years and now
in Las Vegas NV.
Sallie Thank you again and have a great relaxing evening,
Dixie

Hi Dixie,
Tom Small was the Sexton. He died about a year ago and Dawn Fisher from
Fisher's Funeral Home in Logansport said that his wife, Jane, is now.

I am sorry to say I don't know the BeBee name. Darn, I thought sure I
would know your uncle's name. Was the Venard Cemetery first, I guess it
was, as the stones look older. Looked like there were lots still empty. I
was up there in June and my daughter took some pics of stones about in
the middle. I don't know why or who they were. Maybe Indian? I just
thought it was the old IOOF. There is a small creek or ditch between the
2. It is well kept, too.
I don't know about pictures. Maybe Jane would take them for you.
In Logansport Mt. Hope, Mike, the sextant took pics for me in 2003.
Have a good evening. I hope Jane can help you. If I was up there I would
take pics for you.
