can go to the Libary or museum and fine the newspaper and his obit should
be worte up in the papersl- Mae Garrett
A couple of years ago I sent away for death
information on my Morrissey family, recieved about 6,
but did not receive any information on Michael
Morrissey. Now that I have his pension file, I know
his date of death was 23 March 1924. Does anyone know
how to go about getting an obituary? I am assuming
that one was published as his wife survived him along
with a sister-in-law, he was a Civil War Veteran, and
he was Chief of Police in Logansport in the 1880s.
Thanks for any help.
