Thanks to everyone who helped me with the
identification of the photos. Looks like they were
definitely taken in Delphi, Indiana and not in Tyler,
Texas (though they were definitely developed in Tyler,
Texas - probably vacation photos).

Another photo of the old Carroll County Courthouse
dated 1916 helps narrow down the date of my photo,
which I believe to have been taken around August 1919.
Lewis Ward returned home from WWI in early August of
1919 and was married in Tyler, Texas in mid August. I
think he probably stopped home to visit his parents
before going back to Texas to marry his sweetheart.
