The Indiana State Library has some microfiches which are made by
amalgamating the census indexes of various states for a particular census
period. I think that they have 1860 index so you could look on the 1860
combined index and see if you Isaac Wink somewhere in they left Brown Co
prior to 1860.

I have a mystery and wondered if anyone could shed some light on it.
Nancy Foreman from my family married and Isaac Wink according to the
marriage database from the Indiana State Library. Nancy's family was
from Monroe County Ohio, and moved to Brown County just before the time
of her marriage, about 1854. I have descendant information that the
Wink family was also from Monroe County, Ohio. The Wink family had a
Truax grandmother. Several of Nancy's family married Truax family
members, or relatives of the Truaxs.
My mystery is that Isaac and Nancy Wink do not appear on later census
information for Brown County. Does anyone know what happened to the
Wink family and where they might have moved to after leaving Brown
County? Any clues or suggestions would be appreciated. I cannot track
them to any information relating to Nancy's Foreman relatives.
