Dear Carolyn,
Perhaps you can confirm my hearsay.
My grandfather had a stepfather named Mullis. Raymond Shipley was the
illegitimate son of Alfred Shipley and Rhoda Bohall. Rhoda later married
either Frank or James Mullis, I don't know. There were step sisters named
Ivy and Easter Mullis.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: ROGERS
Hi ,
My name is Carolyn Harrison, My mothers surname is Mullis, her
greatgrandfather
was Franklin Mullis who married Margaret Rogers in Brown County Indiana in
about
June 1848. What I would like to know is, who were her parents and where did
they
move from to Brown Co. IND. ? A lady from Indiana told me that there was a
box in
the Brown County Histor Society with Margaret Rogers name on it, also was
told
that there were two families name Rogers in Brown Co. IND. Would like to
know
if
they are related to each other? Would like to know about the families did
for a living.
Thank you for any information on the Rogers families.
Would love to if some of my Rogers families still live in Brown Co. Maybe
they have
old pictures of my ancester and would share them with me.
I have all my genealogy done on the Mullis family. If anyone needs help
with
them I would share.
Thank you for any help you can give me.
Carolyn Harrison in Riverside, CA.
