Sarah, Thank You for this information. I have been ordering marriage certificates
from them. They charge me $2.00 per copy which is less than anywhere else that Ive
ordered from. However I didnt know that you could get a copy of the original
application. Some that I have gotten back have had birthplaces on them though. But
none with the parents names yet. Thanks for this info. Laura

Nashville, IN 47448 and ask for a copy of the marriage APPLICATION. It will be
in a book different from the book that has the license. If you want to call to
find out the fees, the number is 812-988-5510. The record should give the names
of the parents and where they were born. There will be a $2 copying fee since
the record runs clear across two pages, but I don't know what the search fee is.
