What you got was an Indiana death certificate. It doesn't give much
information. Write to the Health Dept. and say you received the death
certificates, but that you wanted the genealogical information relating
to these deaths. Parent's names, etc. They probably will send it to
you. Send an SASE.

Yesterday received four death records from Brown Co., IN. Problem is they do not show the
parents or death dates? Are the early death records for Brown Co on microfilm somewhere,
and it would list parents, etc?? Thank you for any help you can provide.
I am also interested in a copy of an early marriage record, 1844, if you know where I
could obtain that from?
