Am not researching this line, just trying to be helpful. In the 1880 census for Indiana,
Cass county, Washington township, ED 20, page 373D there was a family headed by Michael C
Farley, 44, a farmer born in Ireland as were both parents. It included his wife Delia,
33, house keeping, born in Canada, father in Ireland and mother in NY, his son William,
11, born in California, his son Charlie, 10, Ca, his daughter Delia A, 5, Ca, and his son
John 1, Ind. Could find only one marriage record in Indiana for a Michael Farley marrying
a Delia. Her name was Delia Hobbs and they married in Bartholomew county on 28 Nov 1867,
source is book C-8, page 17. Could they have moved to California and then moved back?
Hope this helps. Good luck. Don
