Your Joseph and Campsadell Shafer caught my eye. I have an "Aunt Campsy" in
my notes. I'm related through Nancy King McKee, whose parents were Isaac and
Eliza Shafer King. Can you share some information to tie them together?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to donate their old genealogy books to me. I am looking to open a genealogy library in California after I receive my masters in Library Science. (probably at least 4 years from now). Also, if anyone wants to send their family pedigrees or history to me that would be great too! Feel free to email me with any questions. Thank you!
Amy

No I've never heard of these "studies." Where did you find these? This info is very interesting as I've been corresponding with a granddaughter of Arch and Cora and she never mentioned a prior marriage. Thanks!

Hi Theresa: In my Family Study of the David Family, when it mentions William Archibald "Arch" David's marriages, after Maude E While died, he married Mrs Cora M (Chafin) Crouch, Feb 22, 1902 at Mt Liberty....I could look in the Crouch Family Study and see which Crouch she was married to prior to marrying William Archibald David.....Do you have any of the family studies?? They are a god-send in piecing everyone together.....Mark

Correction on e-mail: My e-mail was changed to caplatour(a)verizon.net as of 25 July 2004. The previous notice stated it as caplatour(a)verizon.as, the dot before the word as after verizon should have been a space not a dot.
