Hi - I am new to the list and seek some assistance on the above named people.
Nancy Warren was b Sept 1850 - Boone and d 1884 - Boone. She was d/o Solomon
W. Warren and Mary Loney/Looney/Lowery.
Nancy married John A. Beck on 05 Mar 1871.
John Beck was b Dec 1851 - IN and d Apr 1926 in OH and was removed for burial
to Lebanon, IN but name of cemetery not shown on his death record.
I am hoping someone has access to cemetery records and can help determine
which cemetery John is buried in and perhaps his first wife, Nancy Warren, is
buried there as well so I can confirm her death date.
1880 Boone Co., IN, Clinton Twp
John A. Beck - age 29, farmer, b IN, parents b IN
Nancy - age 29, b IN, parents b NC
Ora L [male] - age 05, b IN [cannot find anything on him]
Ancestry's Indiana Births - Boone Co - Female Beck b 09 Aug 1882. Parents -
John A. Beck & Nancy Warren. [Cannot find anything on this female.]
John then married Effie Kern(s) and they had a family. Were still in Boone
County on 1900 census but in Stark Co., OH by 1910 census. I cannot locate
that marriage but per 1900 census about 1892. I have my doubts - I believe they
married earlier. There was a son on 1900 census, Waller [Walter?] R. Beck
born Aug 1887 but I cannot find him either; thus, cannot determine if he was
actually s/o John and Effie.
One more note - many of Nancy Warren's family [parents and some siblings]
were buried in Hopewell Cemetery.
Thanks for any assistance or suggestions.
