Family History 101
Are you interested in learning more about your family history, but unsure about how to
begin the process? Mary Kraeszig, MLS, Library Director and Genealogist at the
SullivanMunce Cultural Center in Zionsville, IN, will help you plan your research and give
you an overview of the sources you can use to document your family history, including
vital records (birth, marriage, and death), census records, wills, land records,
obituaries, cemetery records, etc. Genealogy software options and online databases will
also be discussed. This program is designed for adults and teens age 16 and up; teens
ages 13-15 are welcome to attend with a parent. Date and time: Saturday, May 3, 10:30
a.m. to noon. Location: SullivanMunce Cultural Center, 225 W. Hawthorne St., Zionsville,
