Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the list, this is my first time posting and am in hopes someone
can help me.
Pemina Allene (BEAMON) PAVEY, widow of Anderson PAVEY moved to Boone Co. ca.
1858 from Washington Co, IN. Several of her children went with her and she
was living in Center twp, 1870 census near her children and their
families... Jesse O. PAVEY (wife, Sarah Ann CLICK), daughter Sarah Ann
PAVEY CLICK (wife of Nicholas CLICK) Anderson PAVEY II (wife Mary Ann
HARMON), Emily PAVEY GRAY (wife of William W. GRAY) and daughter Margaret
Ellen (b: ca. 1845, we know nothing about her, she either married or
deceased by 1870.)
While living in Washington Co, the family was a member of the Church of
Christ. Does anyone know if there was a Church of Christ in Boone Co. at
that time? If so, are the records available anywhere?
Pemina had a sister, Mrs. Mary BEAMON NEWBY (widow of Samuel NEWBY II) who
also lived in Washington Co. at the same time. Does anyone know if Mary
Newby migrated to Boone Co. with Pemina? Also, would like information on
William GRAY.
Pemina PAVEY, deceased, Nov. 27, 1872, Montgomery Co, KS. where she had
migrated to with daughter Emily, son James Matthew and their families.
I had a lot of information on this family and will gladly send it to anyone
who is interested.
Thank you.
Marsha McWilliams
