Carolyn,
What a coincidence. My grandparents were divorced when I was in my early
teen years and I never saw him again, living. I've been to the cemetery
several times, as has my sister.
His nephew Byron Swift had a photo that I didn't have, of Grampa on a horse
in uniform prior to WW I. I'll check for others and we can share.
This stupid scanner has never worked with our printer set-up, but I'm going
to make some changes and see if it can work. If not, we can trade via
snail mail.

Sharon,
What a small world. Your grandfather Jesse Ray McMullen was the only
grandfather that I can remember. I have a copy of his birth record that
states his father was Thomas McMullen and mother was Alice Tatum. It also
states he was born Aug. 18,1890 in Boone County, Indiana. If you would
like to have a copy I can scan and send it to you. He is buried in Calcutta
Cemetery in Clay Co. IN. next to my grandmother Iola Elizabeth McCarty,
Doty, McMullen who was his second wife.
If you have some pictures of him could you scan some of them and send to me.
