Dear list members,
Many of you have asked me about the way I typed up the newspaper entitled, The Lebanon
Patriot dated, 1866. It
was typed as written. The editor uses the phrases. "all of this county" to mean
Boone County., and "inst." , I
believe this remark means he has already put the type set in place or
"instructed". if it says "last" I feel
that means the month before. I wll repost the "Married" section and type in
parrenthis the month intended.

* I hope this clears things up. I have typed this up and sent it out to a few of you
before sending it to the
list and several people were confused by the way it was sent out. Back in 1866 the editors
posted things
