And Major H. G. Hazelrigg was a Boone County census enumerator as well, was
he not?
***** His name was listed on enumerator on several sheets of census
information that I have researched, probably around Thorntown. I recognized it,
because he was also in the Civil War, I believe over my husband's ancestor Jeptha
Lame, who was in the 40th IN Infantry, Co. K, but I don't remember what battle I
was studying at that time.
A jury consisting of Theophilus Bryan, Jacob Skeen, Daniel
Turner,
William H. Marsh, Samuel Reese, John H. Nelson, David Daily, William

the defendant...."
***** Theophilus BRYAN(T) was b. NC in
January 1806, d. 1 Nov 1856. He was
m. to Hannah Nancy COX on 14 April 1825 in Jefferson Co., IN. (I have a little
more on the family In case anyone is interested.) I also have some info on
Fielding DENNY (2 of them) if anyone wants to share notes.
