RITES FOR F. M. JOHNSON
Former Policeman Died Sunday After Long Illness.
Funeral services for Frank M. Johnson, age forty-seven, who died at
the City Hospital Sunday following a long illness, will be held at the
home, 741 Roache street, Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Services will be
conducted
by the Odd Fellows order. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was bron in Whitestown, near Lebanon. He lived there
until he came to Indianapolis twenty-three years ago. He ahd been ill
since September. For thriteen years Mr. Johnson was a member of the
Indianapolis police force. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and Red
Men
orders.
Surviving besides the widow are six children. Mrs Bert Rose,
Florence, Clarence, Margaret, Thomas and Frank Johnson, all of
Indianapolis. One brother, C. V. Johnson of Milwaukee, is here to attend
the funeral.
