I am looking for more information on the following folks:
William Banker Beach, b. 18 September 1821, Au Sable Chasm, Clinton Co., New
York, USA, d. 07 January 1898, Palisades, New York, USA, buried: Grace
Church, Cemetery, Providence, RI, USA, m. 03 August 1846, Boone County,
Indiana, USA, Sarah Ursula Malvinia Kernodle, b. 03 May 1824, Lebanon, Center
Township, Boone County, Indiana, USA, d. 22 November 1886, Providence, RI,
buried: Grace Church, Cemetery, Providence, RI, USA
Judge William Banker BEACH practiced law in Lebanon, Boone Co., IN was a
member of the IN Legislator, 1851-1852 and was appointed a Judge for Boone
Co. He was the nephew of Judge William J. PEASLEE. Judge Beach married Sarah
Ursula Melvina KERNODLE daughter of Jacob KERNODLE and Sarah WITT.
I am looking for more information on all of the above folks. Who was Judge
Peaslee's wife? Where was his law office before becoming a judge? Can anyone
send me anything on Judge William Banker BEACH's time in the IN legislature?
Judge Beach removed his family to RI when he saw the Civil War coming. They
left IN about March of 1860. I understand that Judge Peaslee later removed
himself to Missouri and their dear friend Dr. James McWorkman did the same.
Thank you for any thing you can offer me.
Hugs,
Cheryl
