CLESTES Z. KING, 91, died Monday, April 2, 2007, at Woodview Health Care Center, Fort
Wayne. Born in Mt. Carmel, Ill., she was an inspector with General Electric Company for 20
years, retiring in 1971. She was a lifelong member of Eastern Star and White Shrine First
Christian Church. Survivors include sons, Robert E. (Arlene) Curts of Fort Wayne and
Richard G. (Lee Ann) Curts of Linsay, Calif.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren;
and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles F.
Curts, in 1994; brother, Clarence Kays; and sister, Pearl Forshea. Service is 10:30 a.m.
Saturday at Covington Memorial Gardens Chapel, 8408 Covington Road, with calling one-half
hour prior. Arrangements by D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake
Ave. Entombment in Covington Memorial Gardens. Memorials to Diabetes Association.
