Your 2nd cousin Lillian GRIMME caught my eye. Does any of this Allen
County GRIMM data seem like it ties to yours?
George & Ethyl GRIMM; IN>FL>VA/NY/SD, USA; 1900s
In the 1930s, our MARTIN family lived next door to
George A. and Ethyl M. GRIMM at 442 Penn Ave.,
Ft.Wayne, IN. George was born circa 1900. Ethel may
have had parents or family in Churubusco, IN in the 1930s.
Their children were Donald [went to work for GE in
their jet engine division in Schenectaday],
Jean [was a weather analyst and moved to
ND or SD] and Constance [Connie]. In the 1945 era, Connie
George and Ethyl lived in St. Petersburg, FL.
George was an electrical engineer and executive for
the Indiana Service Corp. in Ft Wayne, and later he
was in St Petersburg, FL with General Telephone [GTE].
He and Ethyl moved to Washington, D.C. during WW II
where he was with the federal government in several
jobs.
Around 1956-59, George and Ethyl lived in Falls
Church, VA where he was an electric utility
consultant.
Can you please help me make contact with any of
this GRIMM family?
