Barb,
I live in Toledo but have visited ACPL often. They have a great collection
of city directories. I am not sure how early they are. Maybe someone else
on the list has that info. If you ever get the opportunity to visit Fort
Wayne, you should not miss the library. It is a treasure trove. I hope to
get there again as soon as tax season is over.

Subject: [INALLEN-L] City Directories
Hello Everyone!
I'm new to researching in Allen County and wonder if someone
could let me know if there are City Directories available for
Ft. Wayne? Does anyone on the list have access to them? I am
specifically interested in the time period of 1921 to 1928, when
my missing folks were there. Evidently, between Wisconsin and
Pennsylvania, they stopped in Ft. Wayne and had a couple of children.
Thank you for your help!
Barb
