On the Allen Co. GenWeb page under "Indiana Links" I have the web site for
the Indiana Board of Health. They have a form you can print-out and mail
for birth and death ctfs. I know Allen County is not at all helpful in
obtaining birth and death info.

to be deceased?? They could limit the years available. I wish it were

simple. The fact is that even when there is evidence to the
contrary,
they
deny that such records exist. How far back are the records available
from
the state? We have thought of going to the State archives. Does anyone
think that would help?
