Jerrod, As it happens, I did save that page, since I recognized the
name.
I was planning to call the church to see what the connection was, as
Northside was the church I grew up in. I didn't know that your parents
had
moved out of town, although you did e-mail me many months back after I
had
seen your comment on this website answering someone's query, so I knew
you
had moved away. It has been a very long time since music class at
Waynedale
School for you and your sister Lisa, but I still remember you and am
very
sorry for the loss of your father. I still miss my dad, and he died
several
years ago at age 87. To think that your dad was only 57 is so sad.
That's my
age now, and I am pleased that I could retire from teaching last spring.
People my age and younger aren't supposed to be dying, but they do and
are,
and I am getting in some non-fulltime-working time just in case. My
sympathy
to your whole family, and let me know where to send the newspaper page.
Or--- I could just take it to someone here in town if you would
prefer.Sincerely, Phyllis Bush

Would someone be kind enough to provide a copy of an obituary that
ran
in
the News-Sentinel last week? Jack Carter's obituary ran on
Monday, 20
Jan
2003 and I'd like to get a copy of the entire page it ran on. It
also
ran
on
Monday and Tuesday (corrected) in the Journal Gazette, and I have
copies
of
those already. Of course, I will reimburse for any expenses
incurred...
Sincerely,
Jerrod Carter
