Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Administrator: I don't appreciate receiving inappropriate e-mails through rootsweb. But, I am grateful for all the helpful information and sharing that I receive.
I agree with Genealogy1 -
Although I am Christian, I, too, don't appreciate receiving this kind of
"chain letter" or whatever you want to call it on my email.

Subject: FW: Reciprocate please....
RECIPROCATE PLEASE!
God determines who walks into your life....it's up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go. I need this back. If you'll do this for me, I'll do it for you....When there is nothing left but God, that is when you find out that God is all you need.
Take 60 seconds and give this a shot! All you do is simply say the following small prayer for the person who sent you this.
Father, God bless all my friends in whatever it is that You know they may need this day. And may their life be full of your peace, prosperity, and power as they seek to have a closer relationship with You.
Amen.
Then send it on to five other people, including the one who sent it to you. Within hours, you caused a multitude of people to pray for other people. Then sit back and watch the power of God work in your life.
P. S. Five is good, but more is better

Hope, I found this in the Allen County Obituaries. A copy of the
newspaper for this date, might tell the cemetery where she is buried. I
could look it up for you, possibly, next week.

Hope, I am not definite about this but I have a Wayne Township Cemetery book
and they were not in there. So unless they were buried in a private
cemetery, they are probably buried at Concordia.Concordia is not listed in the book.
If you don't get any response about the listings online I would contact
Concordia. The people working there are really great.

I am wondering I haven't been to Allen County, Indiana web site in a long long time and I dont have it in my book markers. Do they have who are in the cemeterys online?
I am trying to find my Great, great Grandparents.
Benjamin d 1900 and Margaret Haines, and I dont have her death date yet
Thank you,
Hope Engelmann
I'm looking for relatives with names
Steckbeck and Aurentz.
William "Willie" J. Steckbeck was a cigar manufacture from 1900 to 1930.
(or as far as I can look up)
In 1900 William lived with Simon Aurentz and his family in 1900.
These two families were from Pennsylvania.
William J. Steckbeck was from Lebanon, PA
Thank you.
Nancy
